Shipping Information:

WEDDINGHYDRANGEA.COM. ships our hydrangea blooms via FedEx Priority Overnight. This is because of the perishable nature of hydrangea flowers and shipping them this way helps insure that you will receive these wedding flowers in the same condition in which they were sent.
We are part of a Floral association that has been able to negotiate an extremely good discount with FedEx and we have been able to pass this savings on to you. Other forms of shipping are 2-3 times more expensive, when we take this discount into account, so this is why FedEx Priority Overnight is our only option.

With FedEx;

Arrival in most locations by 10:30 AM

Rural locations and special delivery areas may arrive as late as 5:00 PM or in rare cases the next day.

FedEx does not deliver on Sundays or Mondays

PLEASE NOTE:

Hydrangea flowers are perishable, make sure someone is available to receive the delivery.
Especially in summer heat conditions, you should be there to unpack and handle your Hydrangea blooms as we cover in the "Care & Handling" page of this web site.
FedEx reserves the right to leave a ‘request for pickup’ notice if the driver finds it unsafe to leave a package due to weather or risk of theft. In any case, WEDDINGHYDRANGEA.COM is not responsible for any shipment that is not received upon delivery.
Rural Delivery Areas:
FedEx priority overnight arrives in some rural areas as late as 5:00 PM or in rare cases the next day. Some rural locations are not available for Saturday delivery.
If you make an order for Saturday delivery in a location in which FedEx does not deliver, we will notify you by phone or email to let you know your options.

Saturday Delivery:

We offer Saturday delivery through FedEx for an additional charge to most locations (see notes above about rural deliveries).
We do not offer delivery on Sunday or Monday.

Extreme Weather Conditions:

In the event of extreme weather conditions (Thunderstorms, hurricanes and earthquakes) FedEx will not be able to deliver your packages on time. These conditions are out of ours and FedEx’s control. We hope you understand,and we are not responsible for either the flower cost or shipping cost.

P.O. Boxes & Out of the USA

FedEx can not deliver to P.O Boxes, Please use a physical address for all deliveries.

We are unable to ship outside the U.S. because we cannot guarantee the time required to clear customs, etc.
