Your order must be placed by 5:00 pm PST to be shipped out the next business day. If possible give us a two-week advance order, this will help us to have the time to pick, process, and hydrate your flowers so that they arrive to you in pristine condition.

Flowers can be delivered Tuesday through Friday on products shipped next day air. . There is a $15 surcharge for Saturday delivery.

For a Saturday wedding, We suggest a Thursday delivery. In the rare instance that a problem with shipping may arise, this gives us time to send you another batch of flowers if needed. We will ship your flowers to arrive on Friday if your order is made late, or if you insist that this is the day when you want them. We however cannot be responsible for replacing flowers that arrive damaged on a Friday or for delivery failures on Friday or Saturday.

Cancelation;
You may cancel your order or make changes to it at any time up to one full week prior to shipment date (not delivery date). Within this last week, 25% of the order will be charged to your credit card for cancellation. If the product has been shipped, you will be charged 100% of the order. 

Guarantee;
Our hydrangea flowers,should arrive to you in excellent condition. However, we will not guarantee products if they were shipped to an address where no one was immediately present to receive them. Our products were simply not designed to sit in the hot sun or freezing weather.
